Nature Provides

● To place your order through PSC Nature Provides, please follow these instructions:
● Go to www.nature-provides.com.
● Go to the Patients tab,
● Click the drop down menu and click Patient Sign Up.
● Complete the registration form.
● Please find my name under the practitioner drop down menu.
● Click Submit.

Note: the password on the registration form is not saved, so you will need to also recreate a password when logging into the website.

Your username is your email address.*Click “Lost your password?” and create a password for your account to complete the account sign up.
